Like you said, your literature is very well-established, you personally have spent a decade doing so, but getting it into the hands of others is your issue.

But, addressing that “weakness” is the first step in starting to make changes. As the Big Cheese, you have your hands in everything and can fine tune things, but at the same time, it can be very overwhelming. I, myself, get extremely frustrated when I cannot grasp everything in my daily job, but I can focus on my bread and butter and dictate and re-assign tasks other excel at better than me and the business is better off!!
